Returns & Exchanges

We offer a flexible return policy to ensure your holiday wardrobe is perfect, allowing you to return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all Orlebar Brown tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded tags and hygiene strips remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
